Look at this cutesy red-head!

Gulp.

I just realized how non-confrontational I really am, and when it comes the time to talk, uttering those very first words is tough for me, nonetheless, I do it.

Cookie Dough Truffles

My best friend and I attempted to follow the wonderful Paula Deen's steps and make a delightful buttery dessert: Cookie Dough Truffles. It was havoc. The taste was superb but craft was not. Tom Colicchio would not have approved. The other fat judge, might, but who cares. The point of this post is that I am slowly realizing that my body is becoming allergic to foods. My mom has the same thing where she can eat some items and not eat a whole wide range of others. It makes me wonder whether my mind is creating these allergies just because I am aware that my mom goes through this, or if I honestly have something wrong.
Anyways. I am begging to be allergic to chocolate in bar form. I am also allergic to onion in large quantities and cashews.
Sad.

WHIP IT!

I went to see this movie two days ago and I have to say that I was very very impressed. Im a huge Drew Barrymore fan and I did my best to remain level-minded when analyzing the film, but truthfully it was impossible to ignore its greatness. Marcia Gay Harden rocked the film as well as the sublte ( yet different acting from Juno) talent that Ellen Page owns. I loved the soundtrack and camera work profusely. The only thing that upset me is that there were parts that I saw scenes that I have seen before. Perhaps Drew Barrymore literally took the movies he was most inspired in and added them to the film. One of my favorite scenes was the sex scene underwater. The colors and light from before they jumped in to after were beautiful. The new Wilson brother was a nice surprise considering his nose aint that crooked and his acting is not forced at all. Juliette Lewis was an amazing villain, but I can't help associate her character in "The Other Sister", Carla Tate, with her face ALL THE TIME. Whip it!

I saw this model in the Matthew Williamson show....(style.com actually) but I absolutely love her look and her doll face. Everyone in the waiting room, put your hands together for Imogen Morris Clarke.

LONG TIME NO POST

Here's the thing guys. A little "thing" called Sophomore Year at Parsons The New School For Design happened so I have been unable to post anything ever since I started school. I have been so good with time management (yes...I even scheduled this post) but I felt silly not posting anything in this crazy semester. I have been learning so much, so fast and  love it. I might have great news in the future, but I dont want to say anything to not spoil it, but stick around. Here's a picture of my new recent obsession. The beautiful Jamie Bochert.

PS. I joined GOODREADS and will be rating many more books through that website. I LOVE IT.
